Hey these are great handouts! I was looking for a simple mindful brathing handout and I really like how you set these up. Would you mind I used them with patients at our medical clinic? We could put something on them crediting you if you'd like. Either way, just let me know.
I truly love your blog. I'm working on mindfulness skills in my DBT outpatient day treatment program. I have horrible anxiety, so I believe some of the activities are really going to help.
