You can't twist their minds into shape, and I venture to say you are only helping those that are ready for positive change.<br />I grew up with alcoholic parents, and enjoyed drinking mostly wine myself. Sure as a young adult I drank too much on occasions. And finally and in the past few years, I had to ask myself Do I really feel happier with a glass of wine? Sure I love wine and did not abuse it, but I actually feel better feel better in the morning without any alcohol. I reflected on my Mom's daily intake which does not make her happier, and combined made the decision I can't run away from reality and stopped all together.
